The same conditions matter as much as the price
At GREY partner clinics, we check the price offered under the same applicable conditions. This is not a promise that every promotion at every clinic is open to everyone. A first-visit offer, channel membership offer or limited-date event may have requirements. Send the actual offer you saw so that we can confirm whether it applies to your visit.
Identify the exact clinic and offer
Keep the clinic name, branch, publication date and full promotion text together. A cropped screenshot showing only a number can omit eligibility or tax information. Tell GREY when you expect to visit; an offer valid when you found it may not be valid on that date. Avoid assuming different branches share an event.
Compare the product and included amount
Record the named product or device, version, treatment area and quoted amount. For injections, ask what the amount refers to; for device treatments, ask what the included lines, pulses or energy cover. These are quote conditions, not instructions to choose a medical dose yourself. The treating clinician decides the appropriate plan.
Ask for the total and the decision point
Check VAT, consultation charges if any, comfort measures, aftercare and optional additions. Ask what happens if the clinician suggests a different scope after assessing you. Request the revised total before agreeing. GREY does not charge a patient booking fee, and treatment payment is made to the clinic.
A useful comparison without a price ranking
Illustrative example: two offers use the same device name, but one covers a smaller area and another includes a different consultation arrangement. They are not yet equivalent quotes. First align the conditions you want, then compare totals. A lower price alone does not mean poorer skill, and a higher price alone does not establish better care.
Save the booking conditions
Before confirming, save the branch, visit time, applicable offer and what is included. If the clinic requires a deposit, confirm its cancellation and refund conditions.
