We recommend a suitable clinic from our contracted network, check appointment times, coordinate the visit and help with practical communication before and after treatment.

How GREY is paid

Partner clinics may pay GREY a referral or coordination commission. Patients do not pay GREY a booking fee, and GREY does not add a markup to the clinic's treatment price.

What remains medical

The clinic and its medical professionals decide diagnosis, suitability, treatment, consent, prescriptions and aftercare. GREY does not replace medical advice or emergency services.
