These terms describe GREY's role when helping an international visitor plan and coordinate an appointment with a contracted clinic in Korea.
1. GREY's service
GREY recommends from its contracted clinic network, coordinates appointment availability, provides free English or Chinese interpretation on site or through messenger, and helps communicate follow-up questions to the treating clinic.
GREY cannot book a clinic outside its contracted network. Interpretation should be requested before the visit so it can be coordinated.
2. Free inquiry and booking support
Your inquiry and GREY booking support are 100% free. There is no obligation to book. GREY does not add a patient markup or charge its own booking, cancellation or no-show fee.
3. Clinic prices and payment
Treatment payment is made directly to the clinic. Partner clinics apply the same price to Korean and international patients under the same product, dose, treatment-area and promotion conditions.
A clinic may require a deposit to hold an appointment. REDI Dermatology and Doctor Petit Clinic Myeongdong may retain the deposit if the patient does not attend. The clinic's exact deposit, cancellation and refund rules will be explained before payment. The deposit is not a GREY fee.
4. Appointment confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only after GREY sends the agreed clinic, date, time and any applicable deposit terms.
5. Medical decisions
GREY provides coordination and communication, not diagnosis or medical advice. The treating clinic assesses suitability, explains risks and alternatives, obtains consent and remains responsible for medical care.
6. Changes and cancellations
Tell GREY as early as possible if your schedule changes. Clinic operating hours, doctors, treatment availability, promotions and deposit rules can change, so GREY reconfirms current details for each request.
7. Optional pickup
Airport-to-clinic pickup can be coordinated when available. Transportation is quoted separately and may carry an additional fee.
