02Confirm before you travel
GREY checks the clinic, treatment name, device or product, appointment time and current price conditions before you decide.
03No GREY booking fee
You pay the clinic directly. GREY does not add a patient booking fee or markup to the clinic's treatment price.
04Language and follow-up support
Free English, Chinese, Japanese or Thai interpretation can be arranged on site or by messenger. Other languages can also be arranged free on request. If a concern arises afterward, GREY helps communicate it to the treating clinic.
Medical decisions, treatment outcomes and clinical responsibility remain with the treating clinic. Airport-to-clinic pickup is optional and may carry a separate transportation fee.
