Free booking support and clinic deposits are different

Before paying, confirm who receives the money, which appointment it secures and how it is applied to the treatment total.
Questions to ask about changing your dates
When is the cancellation or rescheduling deadline, and which time zone applies? How do refund conditions change before and after that deadline? What happens with a flight delay, late arrival or no-show? What applies if the clinic cancels or if you decide against treatment after consultation? Keep the answers in a message or document so that you do not have to rely on memory later.
Keep booking details with the payment record
Retain the clinic and branch, date and time, consultation or treatment item, deposit amount and currency, recipient, payment confirmation and applicable terms. Check the payment method and expected refund process with the clinic. If an unfamiliar account or separate payment link appears, verify it through the contact route already confirmed. Discuss any refund request using the actual terms and booking record.
