First message: dates, visitors and the concern

Tell GREY your intended visit dates, number of visitors and the concern or treatment you want to discuss. If dates are not fixed, say so. Include a reachable contact method and any clinic or doctor you already prefer. You do not need to send passport or payment details for the first enquiry. Each traveller can have different needs.

Before accepting an option

Check the proposed clinic and branch, requested doctor arrangements, visit time and language support. Ask for the exact product or device and quoted scope if you already have a treatment in mind. If you are undecided, ask about the consultation process instead. A booking enquiry does not require you to decide on a procedure immediately.

Before paying a clinic deposit

If the clinic requires a deposit, confirm the amount, recipient, payment method and cancellation or refund conditions. Check what happens if your travel plans change or the clinician recommends a different plan. GREY’s enquiry and booking support are free; the clinic’s payment terms are separate. Keep the agreed conditions and confirmation together.

Prepare information for the clinician

Ask the clinic which medical information or identification it needs for your visit. Prepare an accurate list of medicines, allergies and previous procedures to discuss with the clinician. Do not alter prescribed medicines on the basis of a booking conversation. GREY can help arrange communication; the treating clinician assesses health information and suitability.

On the day

Use the exact Korean address and branch name in your map app, check the entrance or floor and leave time for arrival. If you are late, contact GREY or the clinic rather than assuming the slot can be held. At the consultation, ask about the proposed plan, alternatives, risks and final total before consenting.

Before leaving the clinic

Keep the payment record and the clinic’s aftercare and follow-up instructions. Confirm a reachable contact for medical questions, including after returning home. GREY can help relay communication, while the clinic provides clinical advice. If you decide to postpone treatment after consultation, clarify any applicable consultation charge and next steps with the clinic.

Find options that fit your priorities

Share your dates, number of visitors, hotel area and any doctor preference. GREY checks suitable partner-clinic appointment options.

Free GREY enquiry and booking support. No obligation to book. Any clinic deposit conditions are confirmed before you decide.
