Planning a weekend or holiday skin clinic appointment in Seoul

Check a specific weekend or holiday appointment rather than relying on a clinic’s usual hours, and leave time for consultation and follow-up.

If a Saturday, Sunday or Korean public holiday is your only chance to visit a skin clinic in Seoul, send the exact date when you enquire. Ask for the appointment, doctor and language arrangements to be checked together before you build the rest of your day around it.

A clinic’s published opening hours do not confirm an available consultation slot. GREY checks requests with its contracted partner clinics and confirms the visit after the clinic accepts the appointment.

Start with the date and the time you actually have

Write the calendar date instead of “this Sunday” or “the holiday weekend.” Say when you can arrive and whether you have a fixed departure afterward. If you have a second possible day, include it so the clinic can consider an alternative.

For a visit on the day you land, explain that your arrival depends on a flight. Ask how delays would affect the booking. For a visit before a flight or event, let the clinic advise whether your proposed plan leaves enough time.

Check the whole appointment

  • Is this branch accepting appointments on my exact date?
  • Can the requested doctor see me that day?
  • What is the agreed arrival time, and how much time should I allow for the visit?
  • Can the language support I need be arranged for that slot?
  • If treatment is proposed, what follow-up timing would the clinic require?
  • Who can I contact if I am delayed or need to ask a question afterward?

Ask for any holiday-specific arrangements to be included in your confirmation. Do not assume a branch follows another branch’s hours or that every service listed on its menu can be booked at every opening time.

Keep the rest of your day flexible

Tell the clinic if you have a tour, train, dinner reservation or other appointment immediately afterward. Ask which parts of the visit are included in the time estimate and whether you need to allow time for assessment before a treatment decision.

Leave questions about recovery, travel and activity restrictions to the treating medical team. A weekend appointment should fit the care plan the clinic recommends. GREY’s visit planning guides can help you prepare the questions to ask.

Know how to reach the clinic after the visit

Before leaving, ask when the clinic expects any follow-up and how to contact it outside your appointment time. Confirm the communication route in a language you understand, especially if you will soon leave Korea.

For changes to the booking, contact GREY as early as possible. Ask about the clinic’s cancellation or no-show terms before paying any deposit. You can find more about this in GREY’s booking FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

Can GREY guarantee a Sunday appointment

No. Availability must be checked for the clinic, doctor and date you request. Share an alternative date if possible.

Does a clinic showing open hours mean I can walk in

It does not confirm a slot. Wait for the clinic to accept your appointment before travelling there.

Can I book during a Korean public holiday

Ask about the exact date and branch. Holiday opening and appointment arrangements need to be checked directly with the clinic.

Can I fit treatment between two travel activities

Tell the clinic your schedule. The medical team must assess the proposed treatment and explain any timing, recovery or follow-up needs.

Check your preferred date

Explore GREY’s partner clinics and send GREY your exact date, time window and language needs. An enquiry is a starting point; the appointment is confirmed separately.

General visit-planning information only. The treating clinic’s medical professional is responsible for diagnosis, treatment suitability, risks and aftercare.
