How many days do I need in Seoul for skin treatment?

A practical way to plan consultation time, expected downtime and a follow-up buffer without assuming every Korean skin treatment fits the same itinerary.

01

Start with the exact treatment

Aqua Peel, Botox, Rejuran, Ultherapy and fractional laser have very different preparation and recovery patterns. Ask the clinic to confirm the exact product or device, treatment intensity and realistic downtime before you lock in flights or events.

02

Lower-downtime visits

For a consultation and a lower-downtime treatment, many travellers keep at least one flexible day in Seoul. Temporary redness, swelling or bruising can still occur, so avoid scheduling an important photo shoot or formal event immediately afterward.

03

Injectables and energy devices

Keeping two or three days after the appointment can make it easier to monitor early swelling, ask the clinic questions and avoid rushing straight to the airport. The appropriate buffer depends on the area, dose, device and your medical history.

04

Resurfacing or higher-downtime laser

Treatments that can cause crusting, peeling or stronger redness may need a longer plan. Ask the treating clinic whether an in-person review is recommended and when flying, sun exposure, makeup or exercise can resume.

General planning information only. The treating clinic decides medical suitability, timing and aftercare.
